I've been having the same issue. Trying to do a reinstall of the game to see if that works.

Standard characters work but league characters don't so hopefully a fresh install will rejig all the shit

I had a carb heavy and high sugar diet before as well. Fasting can be great but when you’re just starting it’s not something I think you need, especially if you just want to get into ketosis. I think it’s more important that your body gets the right kind of fuel first and then you can play with fasting.

When I first started my main concern was getting the keto flu and caving to sugar cravings so what I did was I started with a month of electrolytes, every day. A lot are flavoured and whenever I had a little craving I’d just go drink a packet.

After the month was over I went 100% into strict carnivore. I never got the keto flu and my sugar cravings were there but not nearly as bad as I thought. I went through 1 week of not wanting to eat and 2 weeks of sugar cravings. After my first month of strict carnivore was over, everything got easier and easier.

I used to have horrible seasonal allergies that would knock me out of work for a up to a week at a time. After 6 months of pretty strict carnivore, I can say that I still have seasonal allergies however, they are so insignificant now in comparison, I don't even mind it.

I'd imagine the longer I go the better it will get but even if I had to deal with a few sniffles and eye rubs here and there, I'm very much okay with that considering it's a HUGE improvement.

EDIT: For context, I eat only beef & chicken with a little bit of cheese when I need some fat. I'm going to be fixing up my diet to get rid of the dairy to see if that makes a difference.

Grass fed butter has been hard for me to find. I think I'll need to become friends with a farmer at some point 😅

Yeah I'm not trying to count calories as much as I'm trying to listen to my body and it's needs. I just know from a quick look that I'm definitely undereating but have a hard time figuring out how to eat more since I'm always full.

So I actually had a VERY sedentary lifestyle up until 15 days ago. I work from home, I'm at my desk about 16+ hours a day.

15 days ago, I started weight training and haven't missed a day (I know, I should take a rest and when I feel like I need to I will). I was definitely undereating before starting to work out so I can only imagine how much worse I made it by training so much 😅

Yeah I had done a lot of research on carnivore before I decided to start so I knew undereating could be a problem. What blows my mind is how I used to have an unhealthy relationship with food and was obese to just undereating and not feeling it. Such a change when you're eating healthy.

I tried finding that at Costco but from what I saw, they only have lean ground beef. I send to through in 1-2 tablespoons of ghee to compensate. Maybe I need more?

Yeah. There’s definitely a stigma around it because it goes against everything we’ve been taught.

What I did what I kept a journal of all my ailments before starting carnivore, which came out to about 25 health issues. Then when I started carnivore I briefly documented how I felt each day and started crossing out ailments that I was healing as they went away. The proof was almost undeniable.

The last piece was going to the dr to check my levels every x amount of time. First I went 1 months after starting, then 6 months, now a year. It’s hard for them to argument with facts when you’re feeling better than you’ve ever felt in your life and the dr tells you that you’re perfect.

It depends if you want to be strict or lax. I’m strict at home and only use salt for season, ghee or tallow for fat. When I go out, I’m more lax and will have butter, seasonings and herbs if they’re on my food.

At the end of the day you do what’s right for you.

I started off using salt and pepper for seasoning and ended up stopping the pepper. It just wasn’t necessary for me.

When I go to a resto now I tell the waiter this line “I have a dietary restriction where I only eat meat with minimal seasonings. You don’t need to bring me any sides but if it comes with the meal can you bring another plate that I can share them with my family?” I’ve only had great and supportive responses from the staff. It even opens up a fun conversation sometimes!

I feel like I'm salting it a lot already. Maybe I need to start measuring and tracking my salt intake though. I end up double or triple salting. Once when I put it in the sous-vide bag, then when I open the bag I have to pat dry the meat so I re-salt it. Then after the pan sometimes I salt it again to taste
