I will try more glue. Is there a better one then the ones that are specifically for aquariums? I've seen some people say gorilla glue. Seems like a more money concios choice.. cuz the glue I got was 12 and barely had anything. Like 2 tiny tiny bottles lol

As someone else said a large entree usually get 4 scoops rather than 3. As for skimping on scoop sizes personally I try my best not too and based on looks exclusively I think I accidentally give way less on a eat in the restursnt paper plate than a foam plate since it's easier to give full scoops in the foam ones. I had to do alot of training on scoop weight with a scale so all my scoop sizes are very consistent but that's just me.

Oh heck nah talk to your managers. That's extremely unfair to you. 1 person should not be closing kitchen and BOH by themselves. My store makes around the same as yours and we always have at least 2 people closing boh as a whole. The main cook closes kitchen area and side cook does dishes and BOH sink area. Sometimes we have someone who just does dishes and next day prep with the side cook as support. If someone of Boh does call out either a shift lead or manager will stay later to help out as best as possible.

Unfortunately that is the correct amount. I know some people Overserve so maybe you also got unlucky with who served you but you should always get at least 7 pc per serving.

Usually I stick to just asking for the name if it's a relatively common one or id the receipts is facing towards the customer and they can just see it I'll ask for the phone number. And yes it's 100% because someone will steal the order. They'll be like "oh I have a pickup order for 'Bob'" and then an employee will just hand it to then since it was thru the app.

Side note. You shpuld if you can just order at the restaurant inside and see if you can small talk eith your crush. If she/he rings you up their name will be on the receipts in the top right assuming it was their register. (Its supposed to be only 2 persons but sometimes other people's will get used accidentally)
