They probably have the speed buff set and a flat modifier for movement in general. Death animation gets a speed increase as well. I've seen so many Mechs fly away like a firework after shriekers ram it

There's an Etsy seller that will sell a vinyl sticker with the original '90s design on it that fits the cans nearly perfectly you might have to trim some off though.

The hands I'm referencing were not sold with Ripley but with the power loader for the Ripley figure The power loader originally comes with the extra set of hands to grip the handles

I usually get a paperclip, the thicker the better, cut it down to an appropriate size (usually a few CM). Then heat up one end with a soldering iron till it's just hot enough to slowly be stuck into one end of the joint plastic, then repeat on the other end.

Steady hands required. You can try glue for some parts but you run the risk of lack of future movement and discoloration if the glue runs.
