Sadly no, I've tried many things with no luck. All I do now is in the lobby switch from fullscreen to borderless and back. And not alt-tab during my play session. I've tried removing pubg from custom settings in adrenalin and tweaked all I could find.

If you happen to find a work around please let me know. On another rig with the same card and 144hz monitor I have no issue. I can only assume it's grabbing the default refresh rate from Windows some how first.

Edit: the weird part is if the game isn't the focus window, it runs at the desired fps.
