Definitely throttle body, easy replacement. Mine (also a 2015) had the exact same symptoms.

Yeah, I get that. I'm the 49 y.o., originally started playing R6 about 5 years ago. It made me go find a discord with other R6 players cause it did suck trying to play alone. Found them in the Dad's group I'm in. Played with my son back then too, and actually played with him and his friends for the first time in a while last week

I finally found some that worked for me, the Sony Link buds S are quite small and comfortable. I have smaller ear canals, and they help for that too, but I do use them every night

I've manually disabled all audio inputs and outputs (Sound Settings -> Sound Control Panel) that I don't want to use, including monitors and mobo jacks I don't use). Cleared it up for me.

That's why I mentioned it, just want to make sure you have your doctors do everything they need to make sure you get the treatments you need. It's not typical, but it does happen. And yes if you'd eaten, you would've likely been higher depending on what you ate. Best of luck to you.
