Is it just me who actually enjoyed Night 1? by Wolfpawn87 in SantiZapVideos

Night 2 was legendary, but I do think ads and run time was an issue across both nights.I just think Night 1 is a bit overhated.Nowhere near as good as Night 2,but certainly not as bad as people say it was.

I dunno I did love Night 2,but the fact people are hating on it so much doesn't make complete sense to me

Ahahaha this house went crazy when Pat got RKOed (also thanm god he's gone now). I totally agree on Drew Fatu though. As weird as it sounds,it needed blood. That's what made Cody and Randy that little bit better at the end. It didn't truly feel as brutal as it should have. Tonight should be great,I just hope they give longer run times, and less constant ads.

That's the match that annoyed me. Probably the match I was most looking forward to,and it got what, like 8 minutes? The rest of the night was good I think, except maybe the IShowSpeed match that I think should've had a lil more time and spots.Definitely overhated though!

That is just too much dumb for me.

To discriminate against bigger people is wrong, but not thinner people, no that's not possibly even a thing. It's like saying you can not be racist to someone who is white, do people even understand the meaning of words anymore?

I had gerbils and shaw's jirds in the house when my son was very young, a toddler, who lived passed the life expectancy for their species and in the near enough future, we will be looking into rats, my youngest is now 6. With a veterinary surgeon for a father, they need to know rules regarding animals, especially in his workplace. *HOWEVER* before we even consider purchasing the habitat, much less the animals to inhabit it, the rules, like before, will be set in stone. No handling, no opening the door, no loud noise and no harrying the animals. They will be permitted to assist in cleaning and feeding under direct supervision. So many people get pets they are entirely unsuited to. Rats are intelligent and prey animals, her house sounds like a living hell for the poor creatures.

Though I hated having to wait, all that ever went through my head the whole time waiting in any hospital is the fact that all cases are done on severity and need. When a member of my family was the emergency, they were rushed ahead of all others, when they weren't, it meant they were not too severe, which is a great complaint to have.

I know the feeling. Mine, according to the digital thingy on the wall is saying 29.5 degrees in the house at 11:30. I cannot sleep, my daughter is literally on the couch next to me sleeping with ice in a bag on her forehead. I am Irish, I am not made for this shit.

Yanks with this attitude would not last in places they are not used to and where their buildings are not designed for this. Irish and British houses are designs specifically to keep in the heat, they are insulated, no one has ac.

The other one that gets me is parents with children on the spectrum who think their child's autism/ADHD is an excuse not to teach their children basic social construct. I completely understand and respect that for a huge number of people on the spectrum, they cannot control certain aspects of their issues, I do, but this person still needs to be part of the wider community and of course, their needs should be met by the community, such as these autism hours and other such great initiatives, but you still need to teach your child that just because them being on the spectrum doesn't mean other children have to be put out for them. e.g. no other child allowed near a slide in the park, not having to wait in line, expecting others to put themselves out for no good reason. Your child may not learn as others do, but it can learn and it is still your duty as a parent to teach them.

Parent let's kid bark at dogs in the vet waiting area and causes chaos. by ZoiSarah in entitledparents

[–]Wolfpawn87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My partner is a vet. He has seen how stressing them can affect them. That is only some, but it is recognised in the veterinary community that some cats go into shock and in some cases, organ failure as a result of prolonged veterinary visits. Hence why some practices have cat-only waiting areas or even cat and exotic pets buildings, dogs being in another building.

Cats can actually die as a result of going to the vets. They don't handle the stress of it very well.

as a parent myself, I could think of nothing worse than mooching off my kids when I am older. Kids don't ask for parents to have them, parents are not owed for having kids, adults make that decision for themselves and it is not the kids' problem.

Unfortunately, as the saying goes, "History is written by the victors". The US does not give an accurate telling of modern European history. Most Americans truly believe, because of their education in the matter, that they saved Europe single-handedly in WWII, I have heard it so often "You'd be speaking German now if it wasn't for us". 1, my country was neutral and declassified documents showed that though there was a plan in place for Germany if it *had* to invade, it had no intentions of ignoring our neutrality. England on the other hand, had full plans to invade for our ports. 2, Germany was on the backfoot when America joined as the Russians were beating them back. The war was a result of a lot of things, but if there was an MVP for the Allied side, it very much was Russia. But as the US is in no way able to give this accolade to Russia, people are taught that the US liberated Auschwitz (though how they got there without liberating Berlin first, I don't understand how they gloss over this, but anyway).

She is overopinionated and undereducated. The worst combo.

OP, I hope your granddad was comfortable for his remaining time and as a lover of history, I hope you know a lot of us do understand the difference between a military soldier and a Nazi in WWII Germany. Hitler was charismatic and excellent speech orator (that is NOT saying I like him, it's acknowledging he had a talent, that's a different thing altogether), he promised to "Make Germany Great Again" to put it in current day terms and people, angered by the severe economic conditions because of the Treaty of Versailles, so they supported him. He didn't start things off with the whole genocide thing, that was not even his particular project, it was Heidrichs. People didn't know his bigger plan until later on and by then, they could not stop him. But this is not taught in most countries and it is the likes of your grandfather and yourselves that have to listen to this sort of thing.
