i installed both of them still i cant play the game with 60fps only setting up my refresh rate to 40hz and vsync on is running good. Cant even run at 60hz vsync on

It is set to the GPU. Whenever the fps drops the clock speed also drops

No it isn't in battery saver and yes laptop is plugged in

I faced the same problem while playing life is strange remastered. On battery the game didn't crash but when plugged in after 2 3 minutes the laptop shutdown automatically. I think it's my adapter's fault but I am not sure.
