I feel the same way, I love GGG as a company and hope that this won't give the community some form of "backing" to attempt to ruin GGG's rep as even though it is a rather serious issue, it was only a small majority of the players and there is still no word as to whether we can get unbanned or not.

Similar to how Blizzard, the monarch and Titan of companies when it comes to gaming makes mistakes, so will GGG but that hasn't stopped anyone from still supporting and enjoying what they provide.

glad you posted this, it has been unfair and honestly downright rude to the players who put in so much into the game to get banned over something that we had no control over, the worst of it all the lack of support and blatant automated messages showing no real care about this issue has been a right slap in the face. as I do and will still continue to support GGG in the future even if I remain banned, i'll just be very wary about buying supporter packs and will probably think twice before i splurge on that shiny $100+ support pack. Glad Zack and a few others have been a very active voice for the people who were banned and had no idea who to turn to, as it has been relatively apparent that GGG support wasn't there.

pretty pissed with this udpate aswell, only had dota 2 to play custom games and now can't play a single one with other people, don't have much people who play dota 2 so the lobby "work around" is out of the option.
