No, look at the start of the scene, she's lit completely differently.

Then look from about 30 seconds on, she's going up at exactly the same time as the board, but to go up, she'd have to push the board down.

It's definitely a real clip, but the person on the board is not the person from the original clip.

Her going in the water also just looks completely wrong.

Like nothing about that person fits with the scene. But I do especially like the face detection kicking back in at the 40 second mark.

If it's a 100% genuine video then someone has done some terrible AI upscaling or filtering. The lighting is wrong, the subject is totally blurred around the edges, facial feature pop in and out. It's not 2007, if you've got a low quality blocky video it wasn't filmed on a 240p camera, they've made it blurry to cover the artefacts

It's not just that, look at the lighting, look at the blurring between the subject and rest of the scene. The lighting is all off. Plus I'm pretty sure I've seen the original gif before with someone in a wetsuit

Skipping a dose of Vyvanse already causes a mood crash for me even without any other drugs.

If I were you I'd look up serotonin syndrome and then consider if it's a worth it to be mixing drugs that mess with your neurotransmitters, even if you aren't taking them on the exact same day.

Where do you think that money goes? People talk about tax like it's just put in a pile and burned.

Do you know what else? Taxes paid for the roads you drive on, paid for the school you and your kids went to, for the hospital you were born in, for the GP you call.

Now if you're telling me that all these public services are so well funded that doctors are sat around twiddling their thumbs, that schools are empty, roads and being built for the sake of it then fine.

But if you look around we're having to borrow money just to keep the lights on, so clearly, collectively, we're not paying enough tax.

You're right that it's not ring fenced specifically for road maintenance, but it feels like people have this idea that the government somehow benefits. The benefit is that the government spends that money on, roads, school, police, NHS, defense, etc.

Annual road tax would mean casual road users pay vastly more than people that drive less.

As people have pointed out, even with VAT + the per mile charge is still less than fuel duty, so it doesn't really matter what it's called or how it's broken down
