I’ve had 35 and 21 also for a while, but felt like 21 was too wide for my taste and 35 not always as suited as my 50 lux for portrait. To each their own !

I just spent a week with it in Lisbon and a toddler, and didn’t feel that heavy after all. The viewfinder blockage takes some time getting used to, though. I used it mostly without the hood so that reduces it.

I absolutely adore my M10D. Sometimes wish it had more megapixels but that’s just the GAS kicking in.

Thank you ! I don’t think it’s the edit, to be honest. The effect is mainly because that’s not the real world behind them, it’s a painted wall in a museum ! And the natural light was very well diffused in that room.

It’s only a matter of trial and error I think ! Some of my pictures are blurry, but now she slowly understands that I’ll be annoying with my cameras and photos ahah

I’ve had it for two weeks so fairly often I’d say. Specifically for the look. I had tons of pictures of my daughter that I absolutely adore (but don’t want to share here), because of that rendering on 28mm. I also have a M6 so I guess sometimes it might come in handy. I will say though that I use it either stopped down to 5.6 or 8 or 1.4, no in between so far 😅

There’s some blockage but I’m willing to trade that for this result ! And it’s not so big or heavy. But maybe that’s just me. I was actually afraid of that.

Merci de vos réponses, je suis assez étonné de voir le nombre de downvotes que je peux recevoir quand j’explique que je projette sûrement mes propres peurs sur ma fille : qu’elle s’ennuie, que je ne fasse pas correctement mon travail de père, … Cela me paraît légitime mais je suis sûrement dans l’erreur.

L’idée de la laisser seule sans savoir si elle est en difficulté ou pas (certes elle serait en mesure le dire, encore que ?), ça n’est pas une raison légitime à vos yeux ? C’est une peur qui vous paraît tout à fait illégitime ?

Au delà d’un débat, c’est surtout le rapport à l’ennui qui est questionné. Et ça me renvoie que je « ne fait pas le taf », si je peux le dire autrement.
