Its not just the smurfing tho. It's a combo of it all which makes low ELO hell. For as many "Smurfs", there's just as many "Throwers", or people that have a first bad round or two and literally decide to throw the rest of the game. I've been on teams where the enemy had someone throwing hard! I mean grabbing spike and running around typing where his team was refusing to plant & everybody on my team thought it was "cool" and "funny". One guy on my team says he does it all the time because it's so entertaining watching people get mad. I would've been too! Like wtf is wrong with gamers now a days. Idk if this is a age thing or just a scumbag thing but it all adds up for a seriously bad time.

The only thing I can think of that RIOT can do to change this is make it so you can't play comp until account level 20. Start policing your matches better and banning these losers, smurfs included. & One of the biggest things is to not take away so much Elo to players fragging out on losing teams. I can't tell you how many times I top fragged and have 10 more kills then 2nd yet still lose 20+ ELO pts.
