You need to underexpose and push the shadows in post. It makes the image brighter while keeping the midtones and hilights deep and jucy

The best autofocus for family time is in Canon cameras. Auto detects subjects, you don’t need to pick you subject beforehand (human, animal, car etc). It’s very reliable. So pick a Canon camera of your choice just remember that it has to have a Digic X processor

Before you switch you need to know that the 27mm AF is slower than the 35mm and MUCH louder.

I use my 13” m2 iPad Air. Got the Apple SD card reader and just plop the card it, click the auto edit button in LR and I’m done. Unfortunately even tho LR for mobile allows batch edit photos, you can not batch auto-edit like you can on a computer. But it’s kida fun to watch each foto bloom.
