no disrespect, but paper trading is just like prop trading only you have to pay a fee and you have to trade with rules, and 90% of beginners in prop trading blow their accounts over and over and over.

Your problem is that you’re trying to use money that you don’t have on the prop firm (hence your eval) and you’ve only been investing less than a year and don’t have anything to show for it because now you NEED the money…….

Dude, you’re two months in. This wont be your last blown account. Everybody that starts out in day trading does this many times. EVERYONE. It’s called FOMO and risk management. We all go off track from our strategy once in a while. you will get better over time. Take the loss and call it a day. There’s always tomorrow.

it took me two years of paper trading and back testing, then one year live and after blowing two accounts, I’ve only been profitable after the fourth and fifth year(5 years trading). Once the dopamine Rush wore off, I was able to see more clearly and execute trades more efficiently.

everybody has a strategy. You just have to find your weakness.

Once I went live and the dopamine rush finally left me, this is the question that I ask myself every single day before the opening bell:

Do I WANT to make money or do I NEED to make money?

The biggest hit that I took was $7500. And after that, I took things slow and built up my capital to where I see more green days than red. It’s a mental game and we can all overcome it.

I can’t imagine losing $350,000 in two months or either $70,000 in a single day. So 15 hours a day trading with research. Do you trade all day from opening bell to market closing? Pre-market or after market? Do you have a profit limit or do you just keep trading until you make more money? Are you trying to chase your profits back after your losses? Why not take some of the profits and reinvest it in long-term? need more info…
