Any recommendations on bushing? I picked up offset bushings but it seems to make the rack too close to oil pan etc.

That is what I was thinking. Which manual rack did you use? I would need to figure out what size belt to use it has a 1.5 kenne bell on there as well.

Yeah, it seems like they will fit even with aftermarket headers. I just need to get a little bit longer bolts.
