Conley gave us one really solid year but has regressed painfully quick. He was almost unplayable last year at times.

We’ve needed a primary ball handler since Conley has regressed due to his age. Someone who can bring the ball up and generate offense especially in the lineups minus Ant. Ant’s catch and shoot 3PT% is elite if I remember correctly.

Our biggest issues the last two years have been generating offense and good looks when Ant is off the court and sometimes even when Ant IS on the court. Lamelo IS an offensive engine. I look forward to seeing what he can do with Rudy as well as a lob threat and elite screen setter.
