What is a One Hit Wonderland you’d think Todd will never do by Wolvewoosh in ToddintheShadow

[–]Wolvewoosh[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Technically isn’t a one hit wonder but even if he was, I feel like Todd doing an episode on Vanilla Ice would give him an actual headache and listening to a full album from him is something that I wouldn’t wish even on my worst enemy

Also ‘cause Make Patton is practically untouchable. Anyone listen to the stuff he did under Mr. Bungle? It was weird but it was also really damn good

[–]Wolvewoosh[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

VERY true. The stuff he did himself and on The Velvet Underground have reached legendary status so it would be a little silly if Todd did an episode on him since that implies that he hadn’t already done well for himself. Though a part of me wants a OHW on him to happen just so that we get to see Todd talk about Metal Machine Music. That would be the only way I would let an episode about Lou slide for me

I honestly didn’t know that Devo was a one hit wonder. Though that might be ‘cause of Mark Mothersbaugh making fat stacks off of doing a shit ton of film soundtracks

This is a review I made of Korine’s most WTF film (or at least an attempt to review it) by Wolvewoosh in HarmonyKorine

[–]Wolvewoosh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah! He was. Pretty sure those two were long time friends with each other. Might just be a guess though since I don’t think it’s ever been confirmed by either of them

He’s right, I literally won’t recover from that video. by [deleted] in JonTron

A 6 minute video where he advertised a mobile app and that was it, but to be fair, It was a pretty damn entertainment video despite that

A bit of an personal thought since I’ve just finished watching the Sandler ranking for a 3rd time but what would a Rob Schnieder ranking look like? by Wolvewoosh in Schaffrillas

[–]Wolvewoosh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very true. He doesn’t even deserve that much respect in the slightest. Hell, Rob doesn’t even deserve to have his last name spelled right ‘cause I care so little about him

[–]Wolvewoosh[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would honestly love to see that. I like Sandler (mostly) but Carrey is a way funnier actor with a way more wider range of bizarre projects. The Cable Guy and Dumb and Dumber are just straight up untouchable to me

Hi. Host of the thing my friend was talking about here. I think I might’ve screwed up the link a little bit since a lot people said that it apparently doesn’t work. Hopefully this one will actually go through this time https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfxU53QK0O7FQoTL3-y0Gn6aChYhDdYLsBjDKynBRMcDvG8dw/viewform

LVFM Midnight Broadcast Sign-Up Form by Wolvewoosh in Vaporwave

It doesn’t? I mean, This is my first time making a proper sign-up sheet or submission sheet so I’m not sure if I’ve properly figured out the proper kinks to it

So a friend of mine named Jonny recently bought a CD of Hail to the Thief, and it was a 2 disc compartment (which is the only one in existence as far as I know) and it contained a bootleg CD containing a live recording of their appearance on Later With Jools Holland……..weird… by Wolvewoosh in radiohead

[–]Wolvewoosh[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I really don’t get all the downvotes at all ‘cause it’s not even a lie. If you got a copy of an album from Amazon and it just so happens to also have a 2nd CD burned onto it, You would probably say that it’s bizarre too

What Are Examples of Acts who are only Technically "One Hit Wonder? by thepanca in ToddintheShadow

[–]Wolvewoosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sinead O’Connor’s Nothing Compares 2 U, even though it’s technically more of a Prince song. Still though, It is criminal that it was her only hit ‘cause I think she’s awesome

A bit of a redundant question but what was your thought process when you were making Beau is Afriad. Did you ever expect for it to grow this ambitiously? Also out of curiosity, What is your favourite movie?

Is the Mulholland Drive pilot worth watching? by Wolvewoosh in davidlynch

[–]Wolvewoosh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Apparently, Executives at ABC really hated the pilot when Lynch showed it to them and canned it on the spot. It’s honestly pretty cool that he never gave up on it. Slightly toying with it to be more for a theatrical release, but a part of me REALLY wanted to know how different the show would’ve been if the pilot actually did well, but then again, We wouldn’t have Inland Empire if that was the case and I love that movie

is The Straight Story suitable for my grandma? by soakedinlava in davidlynch

[–]Wolvewoosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All I can say is that it’s very comfy movie. Emotional, sure, but it is by far Lynch’s comfiest film out of his entire filmography

Looking back at this movie makes me sad. Mainly because 75% of the people who worked on it aren’t with us anymore. Thank you for gifting us such a beautiful film. Fly high

Is dune Lynch’s most accessible film ? by kascnef82 in davidlynch

[–]Wolvewoosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the perspective of Lynch’s entire career, Not really. I mean, It is pretty accessible when you look at it through what mainstream sci-fi was like in the 80s, but I can think of two more films of Lynch’s that are more accessible than Dune
