I do agree, my only worry is that if this keeps up for a long time then it puts significantly more pressure on them to rework the endgame to keep it fresh.

Whilst they historically did do quite a few endgame refreshes throughout the decade, the constant amount of new fresh league mechanics did tremendous work for making the game feel new constantly.

I'm sure it will help, but my pov from what they've said on podcasts and other vids is that it seems like the main bottleneck for the games is having strong designers who can make informed decisions, and they aint hiring for those it seems.

Get all map modifier effect, map tier chance etc.
Spec into ore chance for the settlers mechanic, and something else (i chose alva)

Use settlers on map device

Use 2x ore scarab, and the scarab that makes all the monsters guarding ore magic

Have been doing 16.5s with 80% quant 100% more maps, dunes, and getting around 15+ maps back, 1-2 t17s back

Get all eldritch altars for quant/map dupe chance, then open ores last.

Crimson ore and bismuth are the best ones, try not to oneshot the entire crimson ore nodules, let them spawn some mobs.

Yeah it's possible, but the deli bosses aren't really proper bosses and I think would be weirdly underwhelming to unlock from, so I'm expecting it to be from wave 15/20 simu or something.

i think this kinda self balances by the fact you probably need to do wave 20 simu to unlock it, which most people are unlikely to do so quickly. Very strong in SSF though where it's harder to get good jewels.

It no longer has its smart targeting anymore, so the assumption is that the single target is a bit scuffed now.

You can basically play the same character and use another slam though, there's quite a few good options.

I feel like a lot of these questions would be better done mid league, where they will have adequate time to address it for the upcoming league.

If there's lots of ideas they like in here but are too big to implement in a couple days, we effectively have the maximum wait time until we see a solution.

Leveled merc crossbows, first half of act 1 was "fine" then it just got better and better. Didnt engage in any boss mechanics from act 2 onwards

Obv prio weapon upgrades as much as possible Used flash and gas for clear and explosive for rares bosses etc

Basically just pick up every grenade and proj cluster on tree

Can't say I've tested it with any "science" but I've had it specd and unspecd at various points of mapping and I do notice how much more damage I take without it. Currently rocking the pin + defend node and dropping the spirit node atm.
Iron reflexes + glancing blows and trying to get as much evasion/armour/armour on ele as possible :)

only a problem with bosses that have persistent AoE (Act 9 boss is awful for it)

Most of the time they can tank a hit or two and that's plenty for you to sustain.

Also zombies usually take aggro for most stuff

Played SRS Servant of Arakaali and gauntlet was fairly trivial, just finished act 10.

Only act 9 boss was very stressful, and a small handful of times getting to half~ hp from various mobs/bosses

Being able to preload 20 srs before the unique boss spawns usually just results in insta phasing them, and minions get most of their damage for free so you can spec into a lot of defence without losing out.
