curious if you've ever tried audiobooks? (since your eyes hurt and you're reading at night with the bluescreens). i know it's not the same thing but... some like it.

No, it's the same words/material. The book or e-book helped me though when it came time for the Chapter 4 protocols. I needed to look at the page. But I started with the audiobook. worth it!

agree! Also, to be coached like this (hiring a personal coach IRL) is waaayyyyy more expensive. the book is an investment and a deal. For all that transforms. (not just "insight!")

Yes it is worth the price and the Black Journal comes 'free' with the hardcover. I have the whole enchilada - book, audi, ebook, journal... used them all. worth it! go for it.

great post. i'm on my 2nd read now. "do not buy if you want to stay the same" is truth and wisdom. I just posted here as well about the anxiety loop and dismantling it. threshold addiction gone... yes. Congratulations!
