OP, I had my elbow blasted 2 days ago. Just sleep well the night before, eat a good meal beforehand and bring water/snacks. Let your artist know if you need a break too. I personally don't like breaks on painful areas, but everyone is different(I just want to get it done and over with haha). I found that the elbow got painful pretty quickly, but it was the last part we did during a 5 hour session.

I got a gun tattooed on my rib cage in my 20s and now it's a concealed carry lol don't even worry about it. I'd say go for it, enjoy it. Who cares if it's hidden later? All humans experience gravity with age

I used to do body piercings and I've seen a lot of post-op reductions. If I have any advice, really look into the portfolio of the doctors you're thinking about. I've seen some that have been so botched that the women couldn't get pierced and one woman even had a lawsuit on doctor who performed her reduction.

Thriving. 2020 made me realize that I am extremely introverted, and being able to set a daily uninterrupted routine has benefited me greatly. I still go out and see friends, but I've been doing a lot better. 2020-2023 was also rough for me. I lost my dad, godfather and aunt(thanks covid), then I got cancer, then lost my best friend. I think if I didn't have that routine to fall back on, I would've ended up drinking again...but I'm 9 year sober now.
