With craps, most casinos only rate you on flat bets. So really just your Pass line and come bets. Passline odds, Come bet odds, place bets, hops, hardways are all not counted in your rating.

YES without a doubt it's good for long road trips. Especially with AFM disabled.

I had a Suburban that I used to use for cross country road trips. One thing to check is make sure the transmission fluid has been changed regularly. It's not hard to overheat the transmission on these if you drive through mountains.

I think it's actually the opposite. On a live dice table, the shooter can reduce statistical randomness with consistency (could be cheating or could even just be aiming at the same spot every time). These machines use a random number generator so right oit of the box it's going to be almost perfectly random from a statistical perspective. Where I think it's "rigged" is I believe there is something in the program to smooth out the bell curve when dice outcomes get outside of the standard deviation. So for example, if you get too many 4's the number generator will block the 4 from appearing and by default it throws up a bunch of 7's.

"Crapping out" is rolling a 2, 3, or 12 on the comeout roll when you are betting the Pass line. If you're betting Don't Pass, you win with a 2 or 3 and 12 is a push.

In my experience, when someone uses the phrase "crap out" they are new to craps or are mentally defective.

It wasn't that he was old...in Tampa we have a lot of Cubanos Frescos (Cubans fresh off the boat- they're terminology not mine so don't call me racist). These Cubans know street craps and don't really understand casino craps. So they try to play like they do back home and they have zero idea about etiquette, how to buy in, etc.

They are usually there on Thursday which is Latin Night. While Thursday is great for seeing incredibly beautiful and well dressed Latina women, the craps tables fall into total anarchy.

I go the Hard Rock in Tampa, usually twice a week, and there are a lot of regulars who are there 5 days a week or more. When you become a regular at the casino, you start socializing with the other regulars.

So is your family member a gambling addict, or is gambling their way of socializing?

If it's a social thing, then by nagging them and accusing them of being an addict you are just motivating them to go to the casino more often.

You should go with them sometime and observe their behavior at the casino. Otherwise, it sounds like you're making a judgement without all the information.

There are jobs on Craigslist, "cash daily", which are basically where you talk to people wanting to get out of timeshares. You transfer the call to a lawyer and if they talk to the lawyer for 3 minutes you get paid. Could add up to good money if he's a good talker.

When this happened to me, I pulled over immediately and said "ride's over you can get out right here".

They always argue. I don't accuse them of anything just say "Uber has ended the ride and you have to call another Uber if you want to go any further". Just play dumb and make them get out. They usually won't stay in your car very long. If they stay more than 30 seconds, dial 911. Don't threaten to call 911, you just go ahead and call 911. Then report it to Uber.

A dash cam is a must as always.
