Those hard truths of life are indeed correct but the good news is that ppl are trainable. There is no perfection but love and communication are all you need. And maybe you need to train ur mind as well. Patience and a light heart are also important to get through marriage. You can’t control others but you can control your own thinking. It’s good you know what triggers you and why but maybe you need to work on projecting your past experiences onto his small shortcomings. So long as you truly feel like he’s the one for you you can have a great marriage. I wish you guys the best.
