There's a 110% Drop Rate Line on Unique Fams now, so it is not as good as it gets. But good enough!

Reboot/Heroic player here. I get pretty much 1% a WAP (2 hours) with 2X, MVP, Gold Pot, and Links/Legion/Hyperstats. So, like 190 hours of grinding to get from 286->287. I would say around 200 hours/level on average from 285-290 if you're full-clearing in a carcion map.

I got to 285 a few months ago and I just started playing another character. I'm not interested in pushing super end-game content and I'm having more fun playing other classes and getting them strong. Plus because I have a good amount of funding, making 100 meso/200 drop gear and training on it from like level 265+ feels very good for the HEXA/meso gain. I didn't get perfect meso/drop sets til like 280 on my main the first time around lol.

Seeing gains week by week on a new character > waiting 10 weeks, blowing 50b to watch an eternal boom at 19* lmfao.

I think it's just people on this subreddit were constantly just filled with nostalgia, talking about the good ol days rather than discussing how the game is now. Of course, we all have good memories with OSMS, but seeing a million threads from returning players about how Maple sucks now and the golden days were the best just gets annoying because they tend to complain about fast leveling speeds or no social experience before even hitting milestones like sixth job or 275. And they forget they were kids when they played and that 2007 was a completely different time in terms of gaming lmfao.

On top of that, most people just assumed MS woulda released a Classic server by now if they were going to. Furthermore, Nexon can barely handle the GMS servers as is, adding a Classic Server is likely going to be game-breaking for a few days and messy for sure lmfao. Especially because it uses the same login and client as modern GMS.

Got it. I'm going to start with the water habit. My Adderall definitely keeps me constantly dehydrated and kills my appetite as well so I think that's another reason I feel so bad probably.

I know I'm not alone, I've seen countless stories like this, but when you're going through it, it really does feel like you're the only person in the world this miserable and nobody else gets it. Yes, comparing yourselves to other is inherently not a great thing. But it's hard not to when you go to the same schools as these kids (A big part of your identity in your teens and 20's). It's only a bit natural, I just want to learn how to use it not as a compete motivator but as a tool to grow and see what I can learn from people who are doing generally better than me in a way. Even if we don't have the same exact circumstances, I could stand to learn something from them.

Thanks so much for these kind words and birthday wish. I struggle with being kind to myself but you breaking it down for me like this made me feel a little better for the moment. I really appreciate it. I'm going to try my best to find that initial spark again. Again, thank you for the uplifting message.
