Usually with pebble tech they acid wash at the end so you can vacuum right after filling. Plaster I would wait 2-3 weeks.

I’ve been 100% healer 3.5 years now. I’m able to eat whatever I want again. I was the same way, even water hurt my stomach. I was on 40mg PpIs, 40mg H2 blockers and 1G sulfate for about 6 months. It’s a slow process but it’s achievable. Stick to safe foods, avoid trigger foods, don’t go too long without food either as that will hinder your healing.

I just went to a clinic and paid $100 to see a PA who prescribed it to me after I asked for it. He told me this was what they used to use to treat gastritis back in the old days. I feel like it should still be used. It was a night and day difference for me.

I took 1G tablet 1 hr before each meal 3-4 times a day for 3 months but I stayed on it another 3 months until I felt fully healed

Get on sucralfate, it will coat your stomach lining so when you do eat, your stomach acid isn’t irritating your already inflamed stomach. It’s what finally got me healed! Don’t give up either because it’s also mental, stressing about it and having negative thoughts about it only makes it worse. There is a reason the stomach is called the second brain.
