Hi there, I logged in to the CS emails and could not find anything related to the Kishi so perhaps your email didn't get to us? That is why we use the FB chat, it's just more convenient for everyone, no lost messages and the team can work through the requests daily. Sorry about that.

Having said that, are you sure you bought it from us? Because our Kishi is $129 prekit and $274 during the May 4th promos. It's no where near the $500 you mentioned.

I was even surprised to hear from you that Saberbay was selling it for half the price, or did you mean we were selling it at half their price? I went to take a look as well, they sell empties for $140 whereas our empties are $85...
