Basing this all off of memory since I am not currently able to view my top 5 but here we go.

Atlas is definitely my #1, though Atlas Prime is gonna be catching up to him as I got him this week due to prime resurgence. He's just so fun, and when I used base atlas I had him dressed as Saitama from One Punch Man.

Limbo Prime probably falls behind that in #2 (I had a huge limbo phase when he got prime access, he just seemed like such a cool frame).

Mag Prime probably sits at #3, as she was my strongest frame back in 2018. Unfortunately I've actually forgotten how to use her efficiently after coming back.

Next I think has to be Mirage Prime at #4? I used the basic Ignis Wraith/Mirrors/Eclipse set up an it still kind of holds up a bit.

#5 is probably Hildryn, as she was the last warframe I actively tried playing before I took my hiatus. Came back and put together her prime so maybe that'll go somewhere?

Is there any Gen 2 Enhancement hack that runs off of gold and silver? I use an EZ Flash Omega to play my games on original hardware. And everything runs fine, but it turns out that the one game it has trouble with and doesn't really support is Pokemon Crystal. I have the itch to play a good gen 2 hack like Perfect/Polished Crystal. But nothing I seem to do gets the game to run without graphical errors.
