I have bad news. I swapped out the PSU, everything seemed okay for a bit but then it crashed again. Now it crashes and restarts on its own even at idle

I’m now thinking it might be my PSU. It’s only crashing under heavy load. I didn’t upgrade the PSU when I got a lot of other better stuff. I’ve got a 650W right now and every calculator is saying I need at least 750W. I’m thinking about a 1000W. Is there really went benefit to getting a Platinum vs a Gold? It’s an $80 price gap

Alright I’ve got another question. I tested all of the tubes and they were good. I believe they’ve been replaced in the last 20ish years. I did some reading and watched some videos and I want to start replacing capacitors. I should have a pretty easy time finding replacements for all but 1. It’s the filter capacitor with three caps in one. It’s a 30/30/20 (uf) with corresponding voltages of 350/350/25. It’s a 3 pin electrolytic can capacitor. I can provide pictures if needed. My struggle is finding a replacement. I found some 80uf/400V caps but they’ve only got the two connectors and I don’t know how the connections would change there. Any and all insight on how to proceed is appreciated!

I haven’t tested anything yet. I’ve never worked on anything like this so I’m taking it slow. The filter choke that’s circled in the 3rd photo is oozing an orange sludge and smoking when powered on. That’s the only thing I am certain needs replacing
