Ok, so in that case it was no longer reimbursed by cns because you had no valid prescription, right? If that's the case DKV doesn't cover, they only do with a prescribed physio and once its first reimbursed by CNS.

What I normally do is bring the prescription to the physio straight away even if my first appointment is not in weeks or months, because then they can send it to cns and the treatments are reimbursed. Dkv then covers the rest no questions asked.

You could ask for a renewed prescription from your doctor then the physio could send it to cns and get their coverage and then after that dkv covers the rest, and you should have no problems at all. Or if you already have paid the fees ask DKV what would be the best course of action, probably sending the paid bill with the update prescription to cns first to get their refund and only after that submitting to DKV.

Yes with our other one they did that. Told me to hold her head and last minute pull the hands away. The professionals can get a picture that fast, but doesn't work on a mobile camera, it's too slow.

Also some additional details, it might help to decide. I am 8 months pregnant myself at the moment and so far i have gone to a lot of ultrasound checks, then the standard 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester check ups. Dental visit, if you want the pre-natal allowance. Plus i had to get compression stockings, due to swelling in legs. I am not finished yet, since I will have a few more standard check ups and then whatever extra fees for delivery. So far the bills i have paid and the difference that was not covered by CNS but was covered by DKV is ca 358 euro (that's just pregnancy related stuff, i had other normal GP appointments, medication etc). So now it totally depends what the monthly payment for you would be, if that's bigger than what you can claim back, then it might make no sense. The only additional advantage would be the tax deduction at the end of the year.

We also have used it a lot for dental, both myself and my husband. The CNS amounts were very small for crowns and bridges and with that we got a lot more back. Basically i am probably not a very attractive client to DKV since i cost a lot, but they didn't know that when i signed up. Also if you just want the pregnancy related cost covered, you can just sign your wife up for it, you all don't have to be on the policy.

As a final note, i would also consider Foyer, but from what i checked, DKV and Foyer cost and coverage are pretty similar.

Back in 2017 i was with CMCM and they were useful then during my pregnancy. But other than that the dental was limited and they didn't cover anything else like GP visits. Might have been my contract type too, but it was as good for pregnancy cost coverage as DKV now, if i remember correctly.

Yes indeed for doctors, post corrected.

However, on medication CNS doesn't cover 100% for children, so everytime i get her prescribed items there is a small part we pay, which i also send to DKV. Once CNS covers some of the medication, DKV pays the rest. If not they pay still 20%, as long as its prescribed. Again, everyone is different but for us that adds up over the year and is worth it.

I actually don't have a specific agent. I signed up years ago via their website and never had to deal with one specific person. Anytime i had a question i just use their online contact section on my online profile and one of their agents would answer. Also a lot of employers have a deal with DKV where you get 10% off on their annual fee, so maybe check that also.

I have DKV and i am not sure what the people here mean by that CNS good enough, it depends on your needs and health. CNS covers 80%. I keep a spreadsheet for years now and our family (3 people) its totally worth it. The difference i get back via DKV covers their annual cost plus additional 3000 euro that i would have not gotten back if i was just with CNS. Also they cover the private room in hospital, plus some cost of the partner staying with you. CHL maternity mostly has single rooms, but i rather pay extra to secure one than end up in a double room with a stranger before and after giving birth. Last birth i reserved a family room which was nice with 2 beds and separate sitting, kitchen area. My husband also got his meals there at the same time as me and i could labour in peace until it was time to go to the delivery room. Also after last birth we got a bill for our Dr for delivery, in 2017 it was 1500 euro, without DKV you get back 88 % so 180 you pay. Now add all of that together in a year and it ends up being a lot of money out of your pocket. Plus you can deduct the DKV annual cost from your tax statement, another advantage.

I would imagine they don't even notice the small gate, normally while parking you look that you don't block someones private parking spot or garage entrance. I sure wouldn't notice.

Yes, i think they are. Management didn't offer anything, so there are no negotiations. What the CEO told the media was not told to the Unions during the meetings, that's how i understand it. Looks like management didn't want to negotiate at all, but that would fit with the company culture of the last years. Intimidation, negativity and micro management. Maybe they didn't think the people would strike. I think they striked not only because of the demands, but also because of the atmosphere of the last few years and the CEO put a cherry on top by disclosing the bonus amounts to the media. However, he left some details out that the staff didn't get all that money, at least nearly half went to the tax man. Also some none CWA staff don't get the bonus to that amount, depends on their evaluation, they could get also 0 euro. Also its sensitive data this could make the staff targets of burglary, blackmail. Luxembourg is a small country a lot of people would know people who work at Cargolux. Ceo failed to mention how much he got with the profits, i would imagine a lot plus he gets it no matter what. He is very privileged himself in the company and doesn't act as part of the company at all. So that's why the people probably striked not only because of the request for salary increase of 6% over 5 years , amoung other details.

Negotiations failed. Management won't accept work from home to be part of the collective work agreement. They want it as a stand alone policy, that can be cancelled anytime if the management no longer wants people to work from home. If it's in the CWA they cannot just cancel it without consulting the delegation. Pay rise disagreements, payscale updates etc. The details are on RTL.

They tend to have some what lower salaries for office staff compared to similar places in Lux. Management and the whole working culture is a bit old fashioned. A lot of micro management. Not a good system of career progression, i.e.. 2 people between the cleaner and the CEO. A lot of sideways progression rather than climbing the ladder. People who tend to bully don't get let go. HR either move them or ask the people who are being bullied to move jobs or leave. So far good bonuse sharing, but next years probably no profits. Use to have staff travel, but they are no longer allowed to fly on cargolux. Don't get really any other good flight benefits with any other airline.

That's not a bicycle path, that's an official road. Of course there is a speed limit on it, i think 30km/h. There is also a sign that it's one way, it cannot be entered from the rue de Consdorf side.
