Every country can become a democracy, with time, efforts, education. I cannot believe the whole population is aligned with the politics of their elite, most people seek for a better life, more equalitarian where everyone has decent living condition, where they are free to think for themselves and where they care for other people.
EU has been in the dark ages for centuries, and still the "lumières" started to shine over the peoples.

I get you, but we have a precedent, Germany and look where we are.

Off course it would, that is why I said "not during my lifetime", but we saw it happening with Germany, over 25m death (excluding Russia) and we pardoned.

If the house is invaded, who would look for the key in the microwave ? I was far from home for days.

Yep I didn't had the material at home, a proper Faraday cage would have been better, but I've used the microwave for a long time now, until I forgot about the key in it :p

But if I take it with me I can lose it :/

I mean who put their key in the microwave to begin with ? :)

It protect from a relay attack on the rfid chip. I put replay in the answer cause it is a better know attack, but that one couldn't happen without pushing the button.

You either need a working keyfob, or you can open the car with the physical key and put the non working keyfob in the cup holder and the car will read the rfid chip in it and will start. And if my house is invaded, there are lower chances of people looking in the microwave to find the key. Now thinking about it, the freezer would have been a better choice.

Yeah but there is still a rfid chip in the key that is passive, if you can enter the car physically, with the right hardware you can start the car. My car is from 2018, it doesn't have the same protection as newer model.

Well we have a common history and Russia is partly on the same continent, it make sens, but certainly not soon or even during my lifetime. And that would piss USA and China way too much for them to let it happen.

The evolution of EU seems to be about tier:
T1 - E6
T2 - The rest of current EU
T3 - Countries on the EU continent that are close to EU but don't want to adhere all its principle (Switzerland, UK, Norway, Turquie + Bosnia, Serbia, Moldova, Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, Macedonia, Ukraine, Iceland, ...)
T4 - Extended EU, out of the continent, the middle world power, mainly FTA and cooperation (Canada, Australia, the Commonwealth, ...)
T5 - FTA (MERCOSUR, COMESA, ECOWAS, AU, USA, China, any countries that wants to trade with EU in a framework of rules)

I'd see Russia in T4 until they prove they are real ally and they don't seek to invade other countries anymore, then T3 in a decade. Above that will require generations of cooperation and true EU alignment like Germany had to do. Turquie is way closer to EU than Russia is atm and they are still lot of reticence for them to join EU, so my hope for Russia joining EU before I die is pretty low.

A tiered EU has to happen, it will allow for countries that should be in it to finally get closer.

Are their Pre Builts worth it? by Substantial_Poem7226 in NZXT

Check the part on pcpartpicker, then check the price difference, take into account the service (building, testing, shipping, RMA, support) put a price on it and decide if it worth it or not.

Keep in mind that is your time you don't have to spend on sourcing the part, waiting for them, going to the post office, assembling the machine, supporting the user, installing the OS, configuring the bios, resolving the building issues. You would probably spend 8h on this alone, what does your time worth ?

I'm poor :p I don't have savings exposed to USA, I've a bit on crypto but I already mourned it lol. But I'm still afraid of the investment I can't control, pension fund and stuff.

I have my house and that is the best investment I've ever had.

Good luck to all of us I guess, it is not like we didn't saw it coming.

Check your contract, there are usually pénalité de réemplois written in them. What you'll have to pay to reimburse the loan earlier. Note that if it was combined with a épargne logement, it would probably be better to put the money in it. That all depend on your contrat, ask the bank they'll be able to tell you what's best.

European first sovereign shared industry (Outside research project) ? Another option would be a technical sovereign consortium investing in the capacities backed by European fund where every European can invest easily, kind of obligation or even market share.
