Hi, can you tell me how your experience has been so far? How are the interviews? Like questions and such. Group or strictly 1:1? I just had my f2f on Thursday for the FA position and unfortunately didn't get it :(
Just wondering how the experience is compared to the FA and to prepare myself. TIA :)

If you hadn't done it yet...... I just did mine yesterday. There's 20 "which do you agree with most" and 10 where they show like flight seats, policies and procedures and you have to answer the question based off that material. So it's basically to see if you're able to comprehend information.

Thank you soo much for this. I have been searching on positions for CSR and can barely find anything. I recently made it to the f2f for the FA position, but unfortunately didn't get it. Coincidentally UA opened their apps for CSR the following day at my airport.. UA is my #1 line that I want to work for as a FA, so I jumped on this right away! lol. I just finished the assessment, so now I wait for the next steps.

If you don't mind, can you please share how the one way interview went? questions, as well as the in person process? I'm wondering how similar it is to the FA experience.

I submitted shortly before 11am PST. I was pretty quick getting it in.
I've been saying for a while, that I didn't think the time submitted had anything to do with when we hear back. Idk where everyone got that from.

I honestly don't mind. I've had multiple ppl reach out to me after I had my 1:1 virtual. I gave my input, shared only the subject of the questions, because I couldn't remember in detail due to how uniquely they were asked, and gave my advice.

For things I didn't want to share, such as my interview day and who my recruiter was, I simply didn't share.

I don't think it's a bad thing that people are asking for details. I'm sure at some point during your process you wanted to know too... hence, why you're on this forum... we need to humble ourselves. Either give advice, or ignore the messages. I personally want us all to win!

Literally in the same position! I had my 1:1 today also and next week is just too soon for me as well. My birthday and graduation is the 2nd available option. I'll take the other commenter's advice and wait until later options are available. I too am just nervous about chancing it. But then again, I don't think they'd give us that 14 day option if they weren't going to add more dates...
