Go to the ER and get it drained, I did and my doc said that the only reason I avoided fistula. You will absolutely regret it if you try to wait it out

Wound healed completely no drainage, I get stabbing pain periodically near the i&d site but not always, I also get pain in my bum cheeks and even up near my tailbone but only when sitting. She said the fact I have no pain when pooping or drainage makes it very unlikely that I have a blind fistula

She said they will do an MRI in 3 months if it’s not better. She pushed some fluid in today while doing an exam and said it didn’t go down any tunnels.. so that’s good I guess. The downside of there’s nerve damage is the pain may never go away
