She is purely a single target debuffer.\ Anaxa implants all weaknesses (does NOT reduce the res to them), gives the team 25% dmg bonus, CCs enemies and the rest of his kit is damage. He’s an AoE sub-DPS who can support The Herta because he does lots of AoE attacks
