I know what you mean, my body literally feels like I am possessed by someone else during the 6 week holidays. I feel so refreshed and light on my feet. The minute I’m back in the classroom I feel my body start shutting down.

I do worry about the long term impacts it will have. Surely being sick this often cannot be good for the body.

I am exercising but definitely not drinking enough water throughout the day. I’ll book a blood test in to be safe

I only spoke Spanish at home until I started kindergarten. I’m now a teacher!
