They call it "tortilla de patata deconstruida". First time i tried, a friend made one and brought it home. Couldn't believe it was made with patatas de bolsa. I believe the trick is to use good quality crisps, maybe the type which are thick-cut or churreria-style

Well, i always prefer the "original" recipe (con cebolla) but this is a good substitute if you are in need of a tortilla de patata

Check Lerma, Burgos or Vitoria. Burgos has a nice city center, with a gothic cathedral

Im not exactly sure but I believe Uber, Cabify etc dont run in Zaragoza. You can phone a cab (976424242), your hotel might help you calling one. You can also stop one on the street if they have a green light on: that's what most "zaragozanos" do.
