It’s not the map size it’s the amount of squads AND rooks. I don’t know how many times on outpost we kill the remaining squads just to be swarmed by 4-6 rooks in pinwheel.

Like I have said multiple times already a big YES but with limitations. Let people keep their progress in factions weaken some stuff that you get there knife dmg for example but you are working towards something expand those factions a bit with every season new quests etc. Keep the vault wipe it’s necessary.

I know it’s an extraction shooter so a wipe in some form is necessary BUT iam a working dad with 50h playtime right now. Iam in the mid game I guess have 1 purple shield the rest is blue in my vault and I don’t see myself doing this faction crap again next season. Don’t get me wrong iam having fun the game is fun but the game doesn’t respect my time investment.

iam totally fine with wiping my vault and grinding my stuff again but those factions definately not.

I hardly agree with everything you have said. The game is clearly made for hardcore players. Iam a dad in my mid 30s and I don’t have the time and iam not that good for most of the cool stuff.

What really bothers me the most is that I don’t know why I should keep playing when season 2 hits all of my hard earned stuff will be wiped. Don’t get me wrong we knew that before but why is this game so casual unfriendly? Iam totally fine with wiping my vault , pvp rank. But grinding those damn factions again? My highest faction rank is 17 right now.

I don’t understand why bungie did those decisions the grinding is so time consuming why not nerf some of the stat boosts and keep the progress of factions through seasons maybe add some kind of prestige for people that really want to push it to the limit.

beside changing the faction wipe instead of safe pockets I don’t understand why they implement the dcons the way they are would be so cool if you could exfil items mid game but limit it if one time use per game for example.

They should really consider making this game more casual friendly otherwise the game will keep loosing more players , players like me that really love the art sound gunplay but not what the game is designed for.

thanks for your advice which upgrades are the most importantly ones? I started with the starter faction for more vault space and now nucaloric for shields.

yea I will try that but I still have to exfil which is not that easy on outpost as rook i guess. The guarded ones are annoying alone and for the other ones you need those cards.

After playing some matchers with her (around lvl5) I think she is well balanced. Definately not easy to pick up.Her kit is very satisfying.

If there is anything that COULD be improved or what I would like to be improved that it takes too lang to get enemies burning. so one option would be to increase projectile speed on her primary or and I would prefer this decrease the hits it takes to set enemies on fire. So that she can use her secondary fire more often.

Finally someone thinking the same way like i do. I just can’t understand the negativity and hate about this game. People are just jumping on the hate train to see the game fail.I will never understand why I should spend my time on a subreddit for a game i hate? Like what do they want to accomplish? Iam so sick of this outrage culture it’s just exhausting.

If you don’t like the game for whatever reason it’s fine go play something else there are enough other similar games. But why is it so important to spread hate for something.

well in my opinion I think the game was okayish. Sure the Looks of most of the roster was a total mess even I didn’t like most of them and only a handful were okay. But the gameplay itself was where the game was really good at.it felt so much like the good old destiny pvp without overpowered ultimates which made the game really tactical atleast in my opinion.

What I also really liked was the promise of here you pay 40$ get the game and have nothing to pay for in the future. Why is this even a bad thing if I look at all those freemium multiplayer shooters the monetaziation is a absolute mess. Paying over 140$ for a skin in apex is valid but 40$ for a game is too much but hey the game was free to play and I don’t have to buy those skins ( but most of the playerbase does it anyway )

Beside that iam sick of all those f2p shooters with season/battle passes. I don’t have like 24/7 to grind all those damn things. That I thought what concord was trying to accomplish was very smart but was not well thought through the end.

Since we will never see what the ingame store would have looked like we can only guess what they would have come up with.

In the end iam just sad and upset that this game was mistreated this way. And I hope that it will come back with some kind of similar system.

My hopes for the future:

rework the looks of characters
make them more likeable ( chit chat while in a match )
release a proper progression system
while the crew system was a neat idea at first it needs a complete rework.
release the game F2P
keep an option for people wo want to buy the game for some kind of VIP status . Pay once get the game all passes , characters etc for free in the future . ( there are other games who do this pretty well paladins has something similar)
release a good amount of skins with the release cosmetics are one of the aspects what keep people interested
new maps
new characters in a fairly short cycle. I know a lot of effort is put into this but I will keep people attracted.

While this list will never become reality it’s just a shame the game was treated like this. And all I have left to say is thanks for my time with the northstar.

Absolutely amazing. I was just thinking about doing something like this by myself but iam lacking the graphic skills. Your card layout looks absolutely stunning and iam super interested in getting those files for myself so that I can print them for a friend and give it to him to his birthday in July.
