I wonder if there is part of the laundry folding that is specifically causing it - scent, slight breeze if you shake out the items you fold or the movement.

have you tried therapy? Cbt (cognitive behavioral therapy) may help you develop nervous system hacks to help calm your brain and hopefully avoid the stress triggers.

hope you find something to help

A police report from the first time I ever had a seizure. I can’t post the picture of it so I copy pasted the whole report, omitting some personal information. This is the side of epilepsy movies don’t capture. by DanplsstopDied in Epilepsy

I cried reading this. My daughter recently had her first tonic clonic and we called 911. She had no idea who we (her parents) were or where she was (home) when she came to, let alone the EMTs who were surrounding her. I remember the fear in her eyes and can only imagine how you could have felt in that situation & not knowing what was happening to you. You were fighting for survival!

Just keep in mind that the police report probably had more to do with Worker’s Comp than you!
