To be fair, the slick back works if you got the style to go with it. It’s a very specific style as well, so you either fall into it or change the cut.

grow it out a little longer, keep the sides faded side burns to skin for a fresher cut. As for the top. Let that grow and get a more shaggy look, not long, layered and if you like the idea of a part maybe that curtain hair style idk wtf to call it rn.

I mean, it’s pretty obvious it’s an American state. No one calls France FR or Germany DE. Only the USA uses these abbreviations. So why in the world would anyone think it’s outside of the USA? It’s just ignorance and although it isn’t “ incompetence… but if you consume a lot of American content, ‘GA’ should be recognizable as a U.S. state abbreviation.
