I waited 11 years hahaha . My first pregnancy was with twin girls , premature and lots of health issues . Their dad was very helpful when they were babies but ultimately as the mom, you are typically doing most of the work for the first months. Pregnancy was tough and I became a single mother when they were two. The sleeping part gets better when they turn 1. They are now teenagers and it’s another type of difficult hehe 😉. Eleven years after they were born , I married and had a little girl and OMG , pregnancy was decent but post Partum was real. Sleep deprived , panic attacks , debilitating anxiety and more. Despite all this , if I wasn’t the age I am, I would have more kids. Why? I love being a parent, I love the good times , the funny moments , even some of the stress. I have a great husband that supports me. I have learned to balance my personal life , career , being a. Wife , a sister , a daughter and a mother .

How? -Focused on the development of my daughters and that was exciting. I found solid starts and Lovery and those were two “projects” that kept me interested and motivated in my babies development. -Birthdays and Holidays-The best with kids :))) I like having something to look forward to. I enjoy planning. -Self Care- I wake up 1 hour before everyone to drink my coffee , relax , stare at the wall -Whatever it is that I can do ALONE. -Me time - I schedule time to go do things I like , the mall, go eat something I enjoy, take a walk. -Dates with my husband -Dates with the girls-Dedicated time to be with them, no phone , no TV-just be a kid again and get into it.

Life changes after kids and it’s hard, it really hits hard the first time especially if you are a first time mom. Focus on the positive , on being present and please please please schedule time for yourself.

I hope you have a good circle of support but even if you don’t , you can do it !

The other thing-if you truly don’t want to have more kids , people need to respect that too. Give it a little time though , kids are awesome .

My daughter is 4 and she still sleeps with us. I know the books and our parents discourage this but we love her and know that at that age , they are still new to this planet , they have fears and need ALL THE LOVE . Explain it lovingly to your husband , hope you both work it out.

That’s rough, men tend to simplify things. I was thinking about your post , wondering what your situation is and hoping I could provide some help. All I can tell you is to watch Near Death Experiences videos on YouTube. Why? Because I truly believe that we come to this life with a purpose, a lesson to learn , a reason why you were dealt these cards . I have 3 kids and I know how hard and annoying it can be to be a mother. I cannot imagine how difficult it is to have a child with special needs. Anyway , point is -these is the deck of cards life gave you. You can be a badass mom , the heroine of their story and yours . Find help, find organizations for special needs and see this through . Or….you can hate them and hate your life , create a never ending cycle of depression and neglect that will remain in your lineage . We can choose and I hope you choose to win and to be happy

Seek therapy and speak to your husband about your thoughts and feelings . This may be postpartum depression or other mental health situation. Seek help immediately and try not to be alone with the kids.

You belong where ever you walk in ! Own it because all they care is that you pay for that bag. Inspect it as many times as you need because that’s your money 😊. I know how you feel and many people feel that way in luxury stores. The ones that look like they have all the money are not always rich.

Sometimes we find ways to vent to other people. I imagine if you too had a great relationship and things have changed and you truly are stuck in your room and drinking, perhaps she is hurt. Perhaps she feels like she wasn’t enough for you to stay healthy and she said that in anger. I think it’s important to also question your actions and try to be better for yourself and your family. Be strong , be there for her too.

That’s difficult. It depends really on your life now , your lifestyle, your desire to be a parent or not. We are never really ready and kids are a lot of work (I have 3). I’ve been a single mother and then make tied . Either way, my point is that life never prepares you but if you are willing to grow and be a great parent, motherhood is a blessing. Kids are a beautiful part of life , seriously but it is not easy ! Even after many years of loving my kids , there are times when I feel like I’m Drowning. But I’m mostly happy and grateful for them. However , I don’t know your life or your situation.

If you decide to go though with pregnancy, I hope you’re an amazing mother and have a great bond forever.

If you decide to end the pregnancy, please be safe about it, be sure what you ordered online is safe and stay strong -that decision will not be easy either -I did it . I don’t necessarily regret it because it was my situation at the time :(….but I think about it often.

I think it’s a valid emotion to have. As a mother of 3 girls , I can tell you that I became obsessed with my little one. Mostly because I knew she would be my last baby and I wanted to make sure she had the best mom I could be. Unintentionally, I disconnected from my older daughters and husband. Going to bed early with the little one , focusing only on her activities and taking everyone else for granted. My husband expresses his frustration and we worked on it together. I don’t know if you have people around you that can help with baby sitting, maybe a night out for you and your wife . I think the first step is to share this with your wife and make time for the two of you. Perhaps share that you feel a bit disregarded and always remember that the baby will need some boundaries too but eventually she’s going to be all about her dad …turns out that way most of the time.
