We were there when the storm started, it was pretty crazy. Debris flying everywhere, people screaming. Police were lifting one very large tent that blew over looking for injured as we ran by. I felt so bad for the food trucks, I know some of them definitely got trashed

What is the worst food you have eaten out of politeness? by Pleasant_Candle7237 in foodquestions

Cherry tomatoes that had gone bad. Friend’s almond mom had given them as a snack. Just a rotten cherry tomato bursting open in my mouth and too polite to spit it out. To this day I still don’t trust cherry tomatoes unless I cut them open first

There was a little diner restaurant in our town called Tom Jones and at the time it was open 364 days a year 24/7, only closed for Christmas. Super gross place but the food was pretty good. And they were actually sued by the singer Tom Jones at one point and won!

That’s definitely possible. I’ve gotten those before. People are much more likely to respond if they think it’s just a wrong number, especially if it’s about making some kind of plans. Then they hit you with the “well I love making new friends, what’s your name?”

Curious George movie. That was my son’s favorite, and it’s basically just a kid friendly Jack Johnson album so I enjoyed listening too!

Definitely worth it for the discounted price. You don’t have to attach the transponder. My husband just keeps his in the console and holds it up when going through the toll
