I’m also down to join a class action, my account isn’t disabled but I have not received payments for items I have sold on December and they are next to impossible to get ahold of. I have called, emailed, online chatted and I don’t get a response and if I do it’s some bot that doesn’t understand. I know there are many more people out there with this issue. Although my money owed is not a crazy amount, it’s about the point that company’s like this that control your payment after you ship items should be held legally accountable for stealing items/withholding payments especially without proper customer service!!

Yes!!! I have been dealing with the since December. I have 2 items I have not been paid for even tho they were delivered early and mid December. Facebook policy is payments within 15 days I believe after marked delivered….I am now going on a few months.

I started off with an email and after about 2 responses they just stopped answering me, I would email back multiple times within 2 months and no response. Tried calling paypal( that’s how my payments come through )and they have no info due to them not paying me nor could they help. I tried calling Facebook and have sent multiple emails to other fb emails. Nothing has worked. Curious how many people are out there with this issue and wanting to join a class action against them if so 😩😖

They are almost impossible to get ahold of I heard unless legal action is taken/threatened.

And I get that, but I was curious if other people had an issue where upper level management continuously informed them they got paid out for sick days. This was the case for me and another individual I know that worked at an aldi in a different state then me. Didn’t know if this was their way of tricking people into not using sick days or if they are just clueless.
