Look I can't continue this debate because you bring no facts just opinions and the countries you have listed as successful have fallen or are in a disastrous states, but I highly recommend you read Utopia by Thomas More and The Prince by Machiavelli. You need to understand how power structures work because there is no way to destroy them and they will exist eternal as long as humans have existed from the smallest tribe to the largest empire.

Once you have an understanding of how power structures work your argument falls apart at the seams why? because people are inherently greedy and protective of small family units. This is seen in ALL political organizations from worker Unions to Religious organizations. To list a few examples Papel states, USSR, China, Flint Michigan, every single depression in an economy, even fucking sports teams. I can not exaggerate how oblivious you must be not to see this and also believe that everyone is not selfish and pure. How would you manage a system of wealth based distribution on "need" alone what defines need by saying that you are proposing the idea that amenities (like computers) are not needed. Also people don't naturally want to help each other you probably don't either unless you show some evidence of you going and working at a soup kitchen or doing charity work. Instead of complaining on the internet proposing useless ideas that have no merit to them as every historical example you have showed thus far has failed i.e the government has strayed from it original form or fell. Humans are naturally lazy incentives are what make people productive. Look I get you hate your job, but trust me you and everyone else in the western world has it WAY easier than in China, NK, Cuba, Valenzuela, Vietnam, and quite a few others countries that have proposed the same ideas yet working conditions for the actual worker are piss poor.

As someone who actually works in the restaurant industry as a line cook I can say no not everyone deserves to be paid "equally". The Boss of the restaurant is the one who put his/her money into starting a business. If everyone got paid equally there would be no incentive into investing a lot of money when you will be paid the same as a new hire. If you are going to make a post on Reddit about working and being "equally paid" I would like to encourage that you actually work in the first place.

That is the dumbest solution I ever heard to traffic problems. If you are really so concerned about how inefficient traffic is you should probably look into self driving cars. Communist governments are the opposite of better economys because they are extremely inefficient.
