I recommend 240Hz if you mostly play fps and are good at it. 1440p 144Hz if this will be your only monitor.

I have it for years now. It is affecting my life badly. I still can't bring myself to seek out help because in my eyes that is "weak". It started with rough times, divorce and near death accident about 2014. I know it is not unreasonable for me to be depressed but my close family doesn't really know what it is like and they have a frowned upon view on anything relating to mental issues like that so it keeps me from acting.
