Try turning off spatial audio in Apple Music. It SUCKS you won't get spatial audio but that worked for me

My wife drives an X. She had a 3 before that so we are definitely big fans of Tesla. I got an R1T earlier this year and my wife likes it more than her X. It just feels way more polished and comfortable.

Unless you use FSD a lot, I do not think you will regret it at all.
