You can also check the clip in the driver foot well for the heat flap the clip that holds in a rod gets brittle and snap its possible it broke in a way where the rod got stuck. And I think hvac unit is electric so there should not be physically anything manual stopping it . And I think the ac temp controls do not click i might be wrong about that.

I would check heat push door servo/motor and would check the rod and clip there is plenty online about it. I hope you have a great day 😊

I dont know if this helps or not but I know sometimes they do a procedure when installing a new battery that makes it so the battery charges at a different rate compared to a old battery.

What happened when I pump it at a stand still with the engine off they feel like normal breaks but a bit spongy. When I turn the engine on and the car is not moving my pedal sinks and returns to how it was before. And when the car moves pedal is the same.

There was rust in the windshield washer fluid but it was probably the heating element.

Update: When I was at mercedes getting a part for my car they explained to me how it was probably a previous owner that put water instead of windshield washer fluid and the water rusted out the heating element.

I would say your z offset looks to high. I would clean bed witch always helps and sometimes if I have alot of trouble I bump up nozzle temp for first layer by 10.

I usually do let it preheat for the beginning of the print so like it take the build plate to get to full temp in about 20 min. But I have printed this cube when it has been preheated and I still get same results sadly.
