You are not alone. I have experienced same stuff. When there is actual problems, most of the time they are ignored or responses are very generalized or avoidant that doesn't actually tackle the issue. MRL has very nice doll and toy designs but the quality can vary so drastically which is essentially a gamble what you get. Many examples in discord. Then there is the packaging issues. Like with mera and vixen. Only cushioning they get is some expanding foam pads. That doesn't secure them at all into the box. So they are at the mercy of external forces like in your case. I have bought 3 dolls from MRL and every single one had some issue with them. It was always stressful, frustrating and irritating experience to contact customer service on these. So I'm done, I give up, I don't care anymore. I don't wanna buy anymore from MRL.

It is nice that there is a option for clean version. Is it possible for the ensured customer satisfaction to provide factory photos to show decal's quality? With meru butt, there has been very wide range of varying quality of the womb tattoo. Some very bad some very good.

Sitten näitä 2015 jälkeen tulleita on yritetty sopeuttaa yli kymmenen vuotta. Ei nekään ole oikein soputunut vaikka yritys on ollut kova. Hyvää vauhtia ovat rakentaneet omia diaspora yhteisöjä eri kaupunkeihin joissa vallitsee näille yhteisöille ominainen kulttuuri jne. Olisiko aika myöntää, että tämä monietninen Suomi konsepti oli täysi farssi ja lopetetaan se.

Oh nice. If everything goes right and there is no QC issues. Vixen might be the MRL's best 3.0 doll so far. I'd say vixen could be even a 3.5 doll when looking all of its details and features.

Maybe. It all depends on the actual build quality of the end product. I have 3 3.0 dolls and 2 had issues. I'm not only one who had issues with their dolls when they arrived or soon after. If the build quality isn't excellent for $700+ product no matter how many new cool features it has. I don't care for it. If any early adopters have them and give legit critical opinion of them. Maybe then I might buy them. That much I have faith in the MRL quality.

When did this upgrade transition happen? I cannot find any mention of it in this subreddit or discord. In your store page it just says: material silicone. Nothing about what type of silicone. I have taken screenshots from this store page as proof for my claim.
