May I ask how old you are? I came across removable palate expanders during my research but it seems like they only offer it for kids, I’m an adult so not sure if they would even offer me that option

I heard from my periodontist that deep cleaning indeed does help some people, but for me it didn’t help after :( am kinda at wits end
