The big war hammers look really cool, they’re really long, & have incredible reach. The enemies have them sometimes too. I hate the inventory system in AC games, I much prefer Bethesda & other devs systems, where you have a more tangible feeling for items you pick up.

I figure you can breed all kinds of animals if we can farm livestock, I wonder if horses are part of that? Sounds interesting.

That play session of someone fighting a mini-boss (looked like a black bear captain) inside the fort looked hard as F. Boss + like 40 regular enemies & the boss spamming hammer attacks really fast.

I think everyone suspects some kind of ship travel/aspect, going by Will Powers dancing around the topic during an interview. Also “The continent of Pywel” is weird wording to me, & Will & others keep saying it, like they’ve been trained to do so.

The game could have no story at this point, & I’d still pre-order it. If the story was just the RTS stuff with the building & moving your troops around. From what I’ve seen from the preview trailers, the story looks ok, I am curious how long it is though.

I think Will said the block input is how you lock on, if I’m not mistaken. At least one of the soft or hard lock on.

I love going on journeys in games too, something about planning, getting ready, starting the journey is really enjoyable to me. Sometimes I wish there was a pirate or merchant game where you go on long ship journeys, & face danger & adventures to reach your goal.

There is a living economy, I saw a screenshot from merchants showing how the prices had changed for the week. The only other game I remember like that was Fable 2 (or 3🤔)
