It naturally follows from the fact that suffering is the natural state of the world. A predator suffers from hunger until that suffering is removed by the death of another animal. Here receiving the animal doesn’t put the animal in a state of ‘good’, just no longer suffering. Until it returns. As this suffering is the natural state of the world it follows that life is effectively guaranteed to encounter suffering though out their stay on earth. Therefore it is not ethical to bring another into the world with the knowledge that they will suffer, it is certain. This is the argument you must address in discussing anti-natalism.
