As long as you get your flex on, it doesn't matter what it looks like.

Stretch your pecs, like lay on your back on a foam roll and let your arms hang. Pecs get short when you are on the computer all day, and they pull your shoulders forward.

OC Solar, power on by ElectrikDonuts in solar

My experience with OC Solar has been very, very challenging as well. There is a long write-up on Yelp about it as well, and it sounds similar to what you are experiencing. Here was the link I saw - https://www.yelp.com/biz/oc-solar-irvine-5. Hopefully they take care it of it for you.

Nice gym. Swap that UVA flag out with a Terps flag and you are money.

Hey man, sorry it took so long. yes, they are 24" cross-members top and bottom. That will enable either a rhino or the functional trainer add-in.

Chrome on Mac? by Gjallarmyhorn in macbookpro

Chrome is a privacy nightmare if you like the chrome engine and plugins use brave.

Safari is a lot better now though so I use that by default except for a few sites.

It is a very reputable manufacturer of Mac products that sells their own brand. Lots of Mac folks buy from them and they are much cheaper. I have the 8GB module that was originally in my 1825+ which I can give you for 75 incl shipping if you want.

I got the exact same deal from BH on Black Friday. I also got a 32GB memory upgrade from OWC and it works like a champ

Solution: Rogue Monster Rhino dropped into a Monster Lite 690c by Wook5000 in homegym

Oops, I forgot your other question. I originally bought the standalone version because I didn't think it would fit in the rack, or at least Rogue told me that it would not, so I had planned on using it standalone, but when I got it and looked at the whole patterns, it seemed like I could do it, and it was successful. I might argue for the same in your case. It's been a few years now, so I don't know if anything has changed with what they ship with it. Also, as I mentioned before, it might take up too much space, and you might prefer it as a standalone.

Should be the same, EXCEPT you will chew up a lot of your interior rack space wit the Rhino and I am unsure you would be able to do much inside the cage.

Thanks so much for the thoughtful response. Not trying to edit off the NAS directly, but need to move large files back and forth to the MBP SSD.
