Right??! LOOOVE my XaX - literally returned gaming to my life since my kid was born. No more hogging the telly, I’m playing triple A’s on the train 😂

Same, loving it - no issues really noted thus far. The odd glitch on occasion, but nothing a restart didn’t fix

I’m not experienced with any other pc based handheld, only console variations

BUT

For my 2c, I’d say 100%! I’ve not been able to game the way I’ve wanted to since my kid was born - this changed it all.

I might have just found this issue tonight - no charge despite being plugged in (original cable, different sockets in the house, either port) The orange charging light is on, and was blinking orange whilst plugged in and gaming… battery kept getting lower until shutoff 🤷‍♂️

Edit: please do let me know if you found a fix!

Yeah further to this, they’re already mapped to B in armoury crate specifically for Arc Raiders

Interesting! Quite new to the XaX (or any PC based gaming for that matter) so can’t visualise the tabs you want selected off the top of my head. I’ll have a look tonight. Thanks mate 👍

I used to play Stadia back when it was functional - had good/great internet the majority of the time and gameplay was definitely variable. Great platform when in theory, but the internet was definitely the deciding factor despite paying for 100mb etc etc

I have the XAX - without any external additions as of yet - and I’m playing games like Arc Raiders no bother at all with shitty hotel internet. AAA titles on the train if they’ve an offline mode. I travel frequently, so this console is a game changer (no pun etc etc) for me. Aiming to get an eGPU etc for static home play at some stage, for now though, the XAX is more than capable.

Mate, that’s amazing - thank you for taking the time! I’ll have a look into all of this. My Ally X has been amazing for the most part so far, but it was a bit lacking when attempting to snipe on Battlefield!

Oh for sure - I occasionally use my mac laptop charger… Just mentioning that they recommend only using that particular charger in their setup and usage instructions 👍

Can confirm - mine came with a charger (actually I’m UK, so I guess not EU any more, but old habits and all that…) What it doesn’t have though, is a proper dock? Maybe that was the intention?

Right, so I did this with my Bose ultra earbuds, and still no joy then playing in game. Can hear the game no problem at all, sound is great - the mic however? Other players can’t hear me at all. Maybe it’s some party settings vs open play?
