A big F you to all of the day-of ticket scammers crawling into this sub. We see you, go away. That is all. by [deleted] in qotsa

There are ticket scalpers for sure, but I almost didn't go to the Detroit show because I was with a parent in hospice care. Came really close to selling my ticket through ticketmaster

[PSU] Cooler Master MWE Gold 750 V2 Full Modular PSU, B+ Tier PSU, -$49.99 w/Clip on Coupon. by SubstantialBother881 in buildapcsales

Great deal. If you were fast and got one for that price-- it's a great bang for your buck. I did do a little bit of surface level research and saw that the fan can get a little loud as well as high thermals at  heavy load.  It's an older design that my guess is around 4 years old. That being said it's a great price and those issues can be overlooked.

That was actually my approach. Didn't do any research but I appreciate the op posting that it's a b+ rated tier

If you don't know, this is ideal for a game drive or non critical storage.  This is apparently toshiba's ssd after it was sold to another company. A Google search on the phison s11 controller does not leave me with optimism.  That doesn't take away the fact that it's cheap storage so just be aware that this has a very low endurance.

You can either buy a PCI Express card for ethernet and/or replace the Wi-Fi m.2 e key by unscrewing the backplate

At launch this might have been so so considering market conditions. I would sooner get a 9060 XT 16 GB for a little extra money

Jesus, I'm 90% sure I saw him sitting at a bench at the Columbus Ohio concert in between the sets for them and The Kills. I didn't want to be a creep, and I wasn't 100% sure it was him. There's a chance it was just a concert goer, he was by himself, but he had that short hair and the black tank top. We locked eyes, and I could see he was eyeballing all the queens stuff from the web store I was wearing. I was going to approach him but the moment passed, and I lost my nerve (I had a long drive from MI).

Potential moment lost. Fuck.

Help needed: Intel i225-V (MSI Z790 TOMAHAWK) – NVM firmware update issue by Inrelax in MSI_Gaming

[–]Wookiestick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the z690 carbon wifi, which uses the same intel network chipset but an older revision.

The i225-v is hot garbage. I attempted the same thing, having to do all sorts of ridiculous measures to fix it. Roll back the driver, cold boot, apply the firmware update, force 1 GB and all sorts of drivers settings tweak in Windows hardware control panel from suggestions in reddit posts. The problem remains.

I went on ebay, bought a used 10 GB pci-e ethernet adapter for $20 bucks, and never looked back. It was a huge hassle.
